Starting forward from today is the advent of Vanilla WoWWiki, which is a Wiki based entirely off of World of Warcraft alpha through World of Warcraft 1.12.2. Why? Because despite the best intentions, WoWWiki and WoWPedia both fail to represent the actual data of the vanilla expansion due to the differences of versions between 1.0 through 5.0, and old data has since been lost due to updates.
So to provide an archive of relevant Vanilla World of Warcraft data, this Wiki is now active. Due to the focus of trying to provide the most relevant and true-to-source, any materials or links which may link to later content/patches should be treated with a grain of salt, as we are borrowing (stealing?) some content directly from WoWWiki and WoWPedia.
