Priest Kath'mar is a blood elf found in The Bazaar of Silvermoon City. He is summoned by three Silvermoon Magisters at a forum led by Lyria Skystrider and Priest Ennas who are arguing against the policies of the blood elven leadership that have broken ties to the Alliance and placed them on the side of the Horde. As soon as he appears, he casts a mind-control spell on Lyria and Ennas, causing their speech to change and now support Lor'themar Theron and the magisters. He then despawns.
