Defias Blackguards are level 19-20 elite human NPC found in Deadmines. They are talented and high-ranked assassin of the Defias Brotherhood, who have been chosen to safeguard the head of the Brotherhood, Edwin VanCleef. They deceptively hide in stealth, staying unseen to the intruders, waiting for a perfect timing to assassinate those who threaten Brotherhood.
